This policy explains how NV Stars beauty studio (the “Studio”) processes the personal data of website visitors. By using the website and submitting a request, you agree to this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you enter in the booking form: name, phone number, preferred service, artist, time and comment.

Technical data: device and browser type, pages viewed and traffic source (e.g. an ad). Your IP address is only used to determine your country and is not stored.

3. Why

To contact you and book your appointment; to improve the website and our service; to show ads to people who may be interested (with your consent where required by law).

4. Cookies and advertising

The website uses cookies for operation and analytics. If Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager are enabled, these services may receive anonymised visit data. For booking events, only an encrypted (hashed) phone number is sent to Meta.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for services required to operate (hosting, Telegram notifications for our administrator, advertising and analytics services as described above).

6. Retention

Requests are kept as long as needed to serve you, but no longer than 3 years. Visit statistics are kept for up to 13 months.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent - just message or call us.
